Scan & Refunds
Through their involvement with The GAP, the directors learned about Accelerate Engine and decided to have their client database scanned to uncover potential ACC overcharging.
The Results
The results were impressive, with Accelerate Engine securing refunds for a high percentage of Ingham Mora’s clients. ACC deposited repayments directly into clients’ bank accounts.
Historical Data
Jennifer Rowlands, Ingham Mora’s in house ACC specialist, oversaw the scan and refund process. She noted that Accelerate was able to electronically retrieve up to 22 years of data from ACC for clients, depending on how long they’d been trading.
